Stable Cable wire improves the Vineyard Catch wire system used by vineyards all over the world. The Stable Cable system utilizes its patent pending loop system to connect the catch wires without any moveable or other parts, simplifying the catch wire concept. Below are pictures of the Stable Cable wire used as a catchwire system in Sonoma California, on of the premiere grape regions in the world. The Stable Cable system utilizes integrated loops as a hook and connector to the parallel catch wire. The loop is simply extended over the other catch wire and the hook is connected. Releasing the catch wire after harvest is as simple as releasing the hook. No tools or ancillary parts are needed. Stable Cable catch wire is made with 2 galvanized 1 or 3 High Tensile and Low Carbon wires. The low carbon wire is formed into a loop at intervals along the wire and then is stranded together with our unique Stable Cable machine in Rocklin California. The wire and manufacturing process all is done in the USA.
The High Tensile wire gives the stranded wire the same or more strength than is currently used in catch wire systems. The loops come at intervals of 4", 6", 8", 10" or 12"s. We suggest the 12" spacing for Stable Cables Catch Wire System. We are currently installing in Sonoma and Napa Valleys and are available for demonstrations and samples are available.
Stable Cable comes in 12.5 HT, 14 HT, and
16 gauge HT combinations.
